sometimes things work sometimes they dont.

Looking Back:

2007
One Night
Held at Community Evangelical Free Church of Susanville (CEFC)
4 bands

Pros: simple attendance of 78.
We made $10
People wanted more
We didnt damage anything :)

Cons:
We held it the same day as the Children's fair
We didnt look past Susanville
We didn't really provide food

2008
One Day
Held at CEFC
12 bands
We added "Music with Light"
Added Radio Spots on Renegade Radio

Pros:
More than 100 attended
We had a great staff
People wanted more
Though we shook the building (And the Block) the floor didn't cave in.
Chris Hefshill got a recording contract!
We made $20

Cons:
We ran out of room.
We "Concerned" a number of people about the floor colapsing.
The room was too toasty.

2009
One Day
Held in the Lassen High School Student Center
12 bands

Pros:
More than 175 attended
Great staff
Great food donations
Great multichurch partnership
We got a positive response in regard to adding another component of music.
we made $25

Cons:
Things were a little too spread out.
We realized that what we needed and wanted required change

2010
Two days (We added a Friday Night)
Held at the Lassen County Fairgrounds
Formally added "Music with Rhythm"
21 bands
Added Camping
Added another stage

Pros:
Stronger Community Partnership
We didn't finish in the red. :)
over 300 attended
Formally partnered up with a local hotel to help with bands.
I Am Empire gets signed to Tooth and Nail
Overall flow went well

Cons:
Needed additional staff
Needed to upgrade partnerships, support, volunteers and communication.
Several of the lighter artists were not able to make it.
